The terms ‘virtual office’ and ‘virtual address’ are often used interchangeably, but there is a difference. A Virtual Office provides a combination of services that are packaged together into a single product; a virtual address makes up one of those components.
A Virtual Office normally includes a recognized business address (also known as a virtual address), a mail processing and forwarding service, and the ability to use onsite meeting and office facilities.
A virtual address is one component of the Virtual Office product that is also known as a ‘business address’ or an ‘office address’. Many people refer to it as a ‘virtual address’ due to it being a core component of a standard Virtual Office package.
Normandy Business Center offers many virtual office services, including mailing address(es), mail collection, mail forwarding, business phone numbers, voicemail, call answering, and call forwarding. We also offer metered postage and package delivery services via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other local courier services.
All virtual office plan agreements are month-to-month. We understand that businesses are constantly evolving and while we hope that everyone who uses our services will enjoy a long-term relationship, we respect that needs sometimes change. All that we require is that our clients give us notice of 30 days for cancellation, otherwise your agreement is ongoing.
You just need to give us 30 days written or emailed notice and return any keys or keycards that were provided to you. If your last payment does not cover the entire 30 days, you will have to pay only the difference.

Normandy Business Center is our full-time private space rental and virtual office facility and is located in the heart of downtown Louisville, positioned between Main Street and River Road on N 7th Street.
Virtual office clients are welcome from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
Federal Holiday Closures excepted.
Normandy Business Center is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday. Full-Time space tenants enjoy 24/7 building access. Virtual Members may arrange for after-hours access on an as-needed basis through our center manager.
Your fully furnished private office workspace includes 24/7 access, all utilities, 3x weekly janitorial service, professional reception service, locked mailbox, kitchen & breakroom access, specialty coffee, tea & water for you and your guests. Lobby and website directory listing, online reservation system where you can view and reserve any of our 6 meeting spaces, shared fax, scanner, copier, and printer, secure & high-speed internet (Wi-Fi & wired).
Normandy Business Center does not put a cap on the number of people you allow to work out of your private office – however, if you have grown out of your current space, please reach out to your center manager to discuss (and celebrate!) how we can help with your expansion needs.
Although most of our clients have initial terms 12 months, we do offer flexible solutions, including month-to-month terms and longer terms with rate adjustments. We also offer daily offices through virtual agreements or by the hour at a preferred rate for Normandy Business Center clients. All Normandy Business Center meeting rooms are equipped with fast and secure WIFI and wired internet, Mitel Speaker Conference Phones. Most also come equipped with flat-screen TVs with HDMI connections/Chromecast/Apple compatibility, and a portable whiteboard – enjoy water, herbal tea, and delicious coffee, on us! All meeting room reservations may arrange for additional beverage services, catering, and any additional services with our center teams.
We have an easy-to-use online scheduling portal that is accessible 24/7 for our virtual office members. If you are not a member, or are on the go and getting online is not convenient just call, email us, or ask a staff member and they will be happy to schedule a room for you.
Almost never. Although our rooms keep quite busy, there are enough that we can almost always find space for you, even on a last-minute basis. With a minimum of 6 spaces (4 conference rooms and 2 day offices) there are several options.
Yes, our location has direct access to covered and surface lot parking. There is also an abundance of metered street parking.
